We have a variety of programs and information aimed at keeping you healthy. Our programs include everything from flu shots to walking routes. New and innovative programs are frequently added to our existing services, so please visit our site regularly.
Lunch & Learn and Evening Programs

Wellness Ambassadors
These OSU employees volunteer to assist the wellness program education director with communicating and implementing upcoming wellness events and opportunities to their fellow co-workers within their area of employment. Health Fair
An annual health fair of more than 100 on and off campus health and wellness exhibitors, screening providers and health educators.
Advance Care Planning
Someone to watch over me. Would your family know your end end of life preferences if you were diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening illness? This program provides counseling and education to people who want to complete living wills and durable power of attorney forms. It provides guidelines for communicating with health care providers and family members regarding end of life care planning. If you would like more information about this program, please call Patrice Rancour at 688.5535.
