University Health Connection, an interprofessional health care clinic for faculty and staff of The Ohio State University, is a partnership among the OSU Office of Human Resources, Managed Health Care Systems, Emergency Care Associates, Inc., the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing.

Mission

The mission of University Health Connection is to promote the health of faculty and staff by providing easy access to health resources, screenings and resources needed to improve overall health.

Eligibility

Any Ohio State faculty or staff member or dependent older than 12 years of age enrolled in one of the university’s medical plans is eligible to use the clinic.

University Health Connection is staffed with the following medical professionals and personnel to achieve a comprehensive approach to your healthcare needs:

Hours:

Urgent Care and Walk-ins:
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
until capacity met per day
(no Urgent Care/Walk-ins on Wednesdays)

Primary Care for established patients & by appointment:                                                                       

1:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays;

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays                                                        

Non-Physician Services by appointment:
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2-5 p.m. Monday through Friday

Cost

The standard $20 copayment will be charged to patients enrolled in Prime Care Advantage, Prime Advantage Value or the in-network option of Prime Advantage Plus. Those enrolled in the out-of-network Prime Advantage Plus or the Independent Choice Plan will be subject to the required deductible and co-insurance of their plan.
