Physicians registered with eResident can view data for their patients participating in CareAllies Care Coordination disease management program. eResident is a Web-based tool for physicians to access information including medications, allergies, labs and adherence to standards of care. Once you have one or more patients actively participating in the program you will receive a user name and password to access eResident as well as a monthly listing of your participating patients.
